Ms Clark Pakstys uses her keen understanding of people, processes, and culture to accelerate growth and create value for customers, investors, and employees. She had dedicated her career to advancing technology firms, research institutes, global corporations, and public sector organizations. She is an accomplished, trusted c-suite leader with expertise in strategy, operations, P&L, M&A, and organization design who shapes portfolios, builds teams, grows revenue, integrates assets, and improves culture. She has been involved in over $10 billion in US and global transactions - acquisitions, mergers, IPO processes, divestitures, and bankruptcy exits. 

She successfully navigates and transitions boards, c-suites, and leadership teams through transactions, successions, and transformations.

She frequently advises boards, executives, and M&A professionals on the best practices in transition, succession, merger integration, and transformation. She lectures on leadership, strategy, governance, and organization change.

She earned a master’s degree in organization development from the School of Business at Marymount University and a BSBA degree in Operations Management and Marketing from The Fisher School at The Ohio State University. She is an active board member and community leader.
